The Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible to maximize revenue and the RevPAR Index for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures relating to all business segments and teams. This role will drive the continued development and growth of Revenue Management processes and culture within the company.


  • Manage and lead Revenue Management strategies and initiatives with properties as assigned with a goal of maximizing room revenue and driving the RevPAR Indexes forward.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales teams while leading the on property Revenue Management team.  Effective communication and leadership with all associated teams is required.
  • Collaborate with the Online Marketing team on hotel specific initiatives.
  • Ensure all sales, yielding and pricing strategies are based on sound commercial judgement with support from ARM, through effective analysis and reporting and in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.
  • Ensure professional and efficient utilization of all systems.
  • Collaborate with the Online Marketing team on hotel specific initiatives.
  • Be a leader within the department and company in moving the Revenue Management culture forward.
  • Lead junior team members within the department as required.

Job Requirements:

 Excellent opportunity for a positive, self-motivated, competitive and highly organized individual with an aptitude for analyzing, strategizing and communicating along with a minimum of 5 years of experience with Revenue Management including Automated Revenue Management Systems.  The successful candidate must have exceptional communication (both verbal and written) skills, team building skills and a strong attention to detail.  Advanced knowledge of computer systems required, particularly with Opera, Maestro, Automated Revenue Management Systems, Synxis, Excel, and additional language(s) an asset.  A competitive salary with an annual bonus structure and work from home are benefits associated with this position.
