We are currently considering candidates for the following position:

     Guest Service Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Our Guest Service Agents are responsible for achieving and maintaining the highest standard of excellence in providing expedient, friendly and knowledgeable telephone service to our guests, team members and public. They also assist in accurately handling and processing inquiries regarding future or existing hotel reservations and other information on our hotel guest rooms and facilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced in customer service with an emphasis on excellent telephone skills operating a multi-line telephone system
  • Must possess strong initiative and the ability to sell/up-sell hotel facilities and services; promote hotel packages, programs and advertisements
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize
  • Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to guest requirements
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism at all times in a busy environment
  • Excellent command of the English language and excellent communication skills (second language an asset)
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be experienced with computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
